This tender is for the cleaning of council facilities at Goondiwindi, including public toilet facilities, council works depot office areas, and the aerodrome terminal building toilets. The bid notice states that this contract may be cancelled under the following circumstances if the contractor: breaches any clause of the contract, supplies goods or services not to specification, is unable or unwilling to deliver the goods or services within the requested timeframe, or breaches any workplace health safety criteria. Council reserves the right to cancel the contract after any one or more instances of the above circumstances.
