The intended outcome is one or more successful tenderers for the provision of the requirement under a panel arrangement. The proposed deed of standing offer term is up to five years, with the option to extend for a further period. The tender validity period is twelve months after the closing time. Industry briefings are scheduled for Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM Canberra time on Microsoft Teams. Attendance is not compulsory. Tenderers must provide their name, contact details, and the names and contact details of up to three attendees to the contact officer by 12:00 PM on Monday, April 28, 2025, Canberra time. The department may issue addenda to vary, supplement or clarify the rft. Tenderers must comply with all applicable commonwealth legislation and policies, including the Criminal Code Act ****, Crimes Act ****, and others. The department may require tenderers to give presentations, attend interviews, or host site visits. The tender evaluation criteria and process are outlined in Attachment D. The department may extend the closing time at its sole discretion. Tenders must be lodged electronically using Austender. The department may exclude tenders that do not meet the minimum content and format requirements. The department may exclude tenders that do not meet all essential requirements. The department may request clarification of information contained in a tender. Tenders must be completely self-contained, with no hyperlinks or other material incorporated by reference. Scanned images of signed pages are permitted, but the total file size must not exceed the 50 MB limit per upload. The department may require the tenderer to courier or post the original signed pages after the closing time. The department may accept the whole or any part of the tenderer's offer. Tenderers will be notified of the outcome of this rft in writing and offered an opportunity for a debriefing following finalisation of any resulting deed of standing offer. The department owns all documents provided to the department by the tenderer in connection with the rft process. The tenderer provides an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid up, nontransferable licence to exercise all intellectual property rights in that material. The department may provide information supplied by a tenderer to other commonwealth entities to assist them in determining if they wish to take advantage of the tenderer's offer.
