Niche Tenders

The contract may be awarded to a sole tenderer or panel of tenderers who best demonstrates the ability to provide quality products and/or services at a competitive price, using a best value for money approach.

Tenderers must comply with detailed compliance criteria, including providing acknowledgments of conditions of tender, evidence of ability to provide the service, compliance with quality assurance, and a comprehensive risk assessment covering organizational structure, financial viability, referees, sub-contracting intentions, and insurance coverage.

A tender will be rejected without consideration of its merits if it is not submitted before the deadline, not submitted at the specified place, or fails to comply with any other requirements of the request. Canvassing of officials may also lead to omission from consideration.

Tenderers must provide evidence of their ability to provide the service, including an outline of their organisational structure, company extracts, director information, years in business, referees, details of any agency or trustee roles, subcontracting plans, conflict of interest declarations, financial ability (profit and loss statement, financial return, financial referees), and insurance coverage.

The contract may be awarded to a sole tenderer or panel of tenderers who best demonstrates the ability to provide quality products and/or services at a competitive price. The tendered prices will be assessed together with qualitative and compliance criteria to determine the most advantageous outcome to the principal. The principal has adopted a best value for money approach to this request.

Tenderers must provide acknowledgment that their organisation has submitted in accordance with the conditions of tender, including completion of the offer form and provision of pricing. They must also demonstrate the ability to provide the service contained in the request, including identification of any service or contractual inclusions or exclusions. Compliance with quality assurance requirements and risk assessment information is also required.
