The supplier must comply with all requirements set out in the Commonwealth Approach to Market (ATM) terms, including safety standards (AS ****, AS ****204:2019, AS ****803:2019, ASNZS 3820:2020, AS ****, AS ****602:2014, AS ****603:2019, ASNZS ****906:2014). Responses must be lodged electronically via Austender before the closing time. The response file names should incorporate the potential supplier's full legal organization name and reflect the various parts of the bid. Responses must not exceed a combined file size of 10 megabytes per upload. Responses must be completely self-contained. No embedded files, hyperlinks, or other material may be incorporated by reference. Questions will be permitted up until 5:00 PM Friday, 22 August 2025, ACT local time. The equipment must be delivered, delivery duty paid (DDP), to the Royal Australian Mint within the agreed time period after signing the procurement contract, with the possibility of a three-month extension. The supplier must install and commission the equipment within four weeks of delivery. A site acceptance test (SAT) will be conducted after equipment commissioning. The supplier must provide training on-site at the Mint for appropriate personnel. The supplier must provide a complete maintenance schedule, warranty details, and a list of recommended spare parts for the first three years. The supplier must itemize and guarantee spare parts availability for ten years. The supplier must demonstrate the ability to provide technical support, including service delivery support model and cost structure, timeframe for emergency on-site support, contact response times, and phone/email support availability. The supplier must detail Australian-based technical support services and specify what services require overseas support. The supplier must provide the following technical documentation in English: two user manuals, two software manuals, two hardware manuals, two maintenance manuals, and two electrical manuals. All technical documentation must be original, not photocopied. The supplier must specify the equipment foundation requirements and provide a copy of the foundation drawings. The supplier must agree to comply with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct. The customer will evaluate all valid responses received by the ATM closing time to determine the best value for money outcome. The successful supplier will have demonstrated its ability to provide the best value for the customer. This will not necessarily be the lowest price.
