The evaluation criteria include non-price weighted criteria: solution requirements 40, capability and experience 20, methodology 20, social and economic factors 20 and price value for money proposition.

Mandatory criteria include health and safety, cyber security, compliance as stated in the evaluation criteria section.

Direct contact with elected members or employees is prohibited: any prohibited contact with a local government employee or elected member of council may result in the respondent or prospective respondent and their tender being disqualified from the tender process.
