The first HCC event in this term would be held in August 2027. The contract term is three years plus two one-year extensions at council's discretion.
The council shall, within thirty 30 days of the receipt of each claim for payment submitted by the contractor in accordance with this agreement, process the claim and make the appropriate payment to the contractor.
The contractor hereby represents and warrants to the council that each of the warranties set out in schedule 3 is true and correct as at the date of this agreement and will remain true and correct during the term.

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified chemical waste disposal service providers to orchestrate three two-day household chemical cleanout (HCC) events each financial year.
If the contractor fails to attend at the kwmf and at the bwmf or at either of them within the 48 hour period nominated in the notice referred to in clause 7. 1, or fails to rectify the breach nominated by the council in accordance with that clause, the contractor must reimburse the council for all costs incurred by the council to rectify the contractor's breach, including the additional operational costs.
If the contractor commits a material breach of this agreement or breaches the provisions of any legislation which applies to the performance of the services under this agreement, the council may give written notice to the contractor specifying that the council will terminate this agreement.
