The University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) is seeking proposals for comprehensive architectural design services for Moreton Bay Stage 3 (Building B1) and the adaptive reuse of A1 - Level 1. Services include functional brief, schematic design, design development, tender support, and multidisciplinary coordination. Stage 2 involves renovation, construction documentation, administration, and post-construction close-out. No fees will be paid to the consultant until the principal has received an invoice delivered in accordance with clause 5. 2. Invoices will be paid thirty (30) days after receipt of a correctly rendered invoice or after receipt of additional information if required.
The consultant warrants that it is entitled to and has full right, capacity, power and authority to enter into, perform its obligations under this agreement and that its actions will not violate any authorisations or agreements.
Proposals are sought from suitably qualified and experienced design teams.
If the consultant fails to remedy a failure or show cause within fourteen (14) days to the satisfaction of the principal, the principal may terminate the agreement.
The consultant will at all reasonable times give to the liaison officer or to any other persons authorised in writing by the principal, access to premises occupied by the consultant where the architectural consultancy services are being undertaken and will permit those persons to inspect and audit the performance of the architectural consultancy services.

A failure to comply with the supplier codes of conduct constitutes a breach of this agreement. The principal reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the consultant does not remedy or provide an acceptable plan to remedy any identified noncompliance within a reasonable timeframe.
