Project involves diversion of gravity sewer main. Pre-tender briefing on Tuesday 2nd June at 10am at Wagga Wagga City Council meeting room. Tender submission deadline is 2pm Monday 15th June 2026. Tenders must be lodged electronically via VendorPanel UniMarket. Evaluation criteria include price, capability, methodology, relevant experience, past performance, and regional preference. Successful tenderer will need to provide security, retention, insurances, health and safety plan, SWMS, traffic control plans, environmental management plan, soil and water management plan, and an updated works program prior to signing the agreement.

Council will make payment 30 days from the date of the invoice, following submission of an invoice detailing the council purchase order number and/or contract number.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide security, retention, insurances, health and safety plan, safe work method statements, traffic pedestrian safety control plans, environmental management plan, soil and water management plan, and an updated works program prior to signing the instrument of agreement.
If the contractor fails to rectify any breach of health and safety for which the work has been suspended, or if the contractor's performance has involved recurring breaches of health and safety, the principal may terminate the work forthwith.
A pre-tender briefing will be held on Tuesday 2nd June at 10am. Meeting point is Wagga Wagga City Council meeting room, 243 Baylis Street, Wagga Wagga. Consultants are encouraged to attend.

The principal may omit a submission from consideration if a respondent canvasses any of the principal's employees or councillors with a view to influencing the acceptance of any respondent.
