Central Coast Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced heritage architects for the adaptive reuse of the former Gosford Library. The project aims to transform the building into a vibrant space for community and commercial uses, respecting its heritage significance. Three shortlisted consultants will be engaged for stage 2 to develop concept plans, with a predetermined fee of $65,000 ex GST per contract.

Key personnel experience and demonstrated understanding of the brief, including architectural elements and heritage significance, are also considered. A clearly articulated design philosophy and methodology are required.
