Consultants must demonstrate relevant experience in infrastructure asset valuation, including landfill or waste management assets, and knowledge of AASB 13 and AASB 116. Contractors must hold all current licences and accreditations required for UPSS and LPG decommissioning in NSW, including a suitably qualified, licensed and experienced lpg contractor and a suitably qualified and experienced environmental consultant, appropriately certified for contaminated land work.

Payment claims are due on the 28th day of each month, and the principal must pay the scheduled amount within 15 business days after receiving the claim. As stated: time for payment claims 28th day of each month.

The contractor warrants that all materials and equipment supplied will be new, fit for purpose, and comply with the National Construction Code. As stated: all material and equipment it supplies under this contract will be new. . . fit for purpose and comply with the national construction code.

The contractor must have all licenses and approvals needed to perform the contract and must carry out the works with the highest level of skill, care, and diligence. As stated: it has in full force and effect all licenses and approvals needed to enter into and perform this contract.

Liquidated damages are $20,000 per day for delay in completion. As stated: liquidated damages rate 20, 000 per day.

Failure to comply with work health and safety requirements constitutes a material breach and may lead to immediate termination. As stated: any material failure by the contractor to comply with this clause 18 will constitute a material breach of this contract and entitle the principal to immediately terminate this contract.

Payment claims are made progressively, with the principal paying the scheduled amount within 15 business days after receipt of the payment claim. The contract states: the principal must pay the contractor the scheduled amount if any by the date that is 15 business days after the principals representatives receipt of the relevant payment claim.

The contractor warrants that all material and equipment it supplies under this contract will be new unless the principal agrees otherwise in writing, fit for purpose and comply with the national construction code.

Liquidated damages are specified: liquidated damages will be due and payable to the principal by the contractor at the rate stated in item 17 which is $100 per day.
