Livingstone Shire Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors or service providers for the provision of aquatic and foreshore facilities operations and maintenance services. The tender (****) requires a capable partner to maintain and enhance these community assets to a high standard. Services include labour, materials, plant, equipment, and supervision. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 16 April 2026, at 1:00 pm at Yeppoon Lagoon. Tenderers must register their attendance via email. The tender closing date is Friday, 1 May 2026. Submissions are to be made electronically via VendorPanel. All tenderers must complete and sign the statutory declaration of non-collusive tender declaration. Council reserves the right to omit items from services prior to contract execution and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any tender.

In submitting a tender, the tenderer warrants that it has carried out all relevant investigations and has examined and acquainted itself with all information relevant to the risks, contingencies, and circumstances that could affect the tender, and that the tender price offered is appropriate and sufficient to perform the services.
Tenders will be evaluated based on a combination of mandatory criteria and evaluation criteria including corporate and financial capacity (15%), capability and capacity (20%), relevant experience (20%), operational methodology (15%), local content (5%), and price (25%).
Tenderers must meet mandatory criteria including the provision of a completed and signed form of tender and completed assessable tender schedules as per clause 5. 1. 4.
A single joint site inspection will be held on Thursday, 16 April 2026, at 1:00 pm at the Yeppoon Lagoon café. Prospective tenderers are not permitted onto the site unaccompanied.
