The supplier will provide meals in sufficient size, quantity, and variety to meet the nutritional needs of individual persons in accordance with the australian dietary guidelines. Portion size should be sufficient for an average australian adult as a guide. At least one meal per day dinner is to be a hot meal, with a hot and cold option for breakfast and lunch. Meals must not contain any type of bones that could choke a person, such as fish bones, or bones that could be used as a weapon. Meals must not require cutting.
