Tenders will be assessed on the basis of best value for money, considering criteria such as tender price, integrity of its structure, financial position, quality system, suitability of personnel and equipment, proposals for management of safety and other aspects, claims history, record of compliance with codes, and other criteria listed in Annexure CT3.
To be eligible to tender, you must have an accredited WHS management system (if applicable), attend the pre-tender meeting and site inspection (if any), be an acceptable legal entity with appropriate financial capacity, submit evidence of training and qualifications for working at heights, submit a schedule of industrial relations information, confirm compliance with aboriginal procurement policy obligations, and have Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation. A Workplace Relations Management Plan is also required.
You or your representative must attend any pre-tender meeting and/or site inspection held by Transport for NSW in relation to the tender.
Tenders submitted by facsimile will not be considered. If a tenderer is not registered on the Buy NSW Supplier Hub prior to the closing time, their tender may be deemed non-conforming. Including pricing details in non-price submissions can compromise probity and lead to a tender being deemed non-conforming. Failure to complete Annexure CT5 (Modern Slavery) may result in the tender being regarded as non-conforming.
