The tenderer must nominate its proposed contract duration and date for completion in the tender program. Subject to council's acceptance, the agreed date for completion will be recorded in the contract information and will become contractually binding upon award of the contract.

Evaluation criteria include price at 45%, methodology 15%, key personnel 10%, contract experience 10%, quality 5%, health safety 5%, environment 5%, local benefits 5%.
