The services are to be provided each day from 9am to 5pm at all beaches except for at seven mile beach during school summer holidays where the services from 9am to 6pm will apply.

Council will pay the contractor for the services or works no later than 30 days after satisfactory completion of the services or works and receipt of a correctly rendered invoice.

The assessment criteria are broken down as follows: fees and structure 30, experience and past performance 25, capability 30, social community 15.

The successful tenderer must employ sufficient employees with appropriate qualifications, skills and training to effectively and efficiently carry out the services.
