This is a Request for Tender (RFT) for the repairs and maintenance of roadside amenities in the Katherine Region for a period of 36 months. The scope of works includes routine and specific maintenance operations such as rubbish collection, cleaning, grass cutting, weeding, repairs to furniture and structures, graffiti removal, and water tank maintenance. The tender requires the submission of a fully developed Indigenous Development Plan (IDP) within fourteen days of contract award, and a project-specific Project Control Plan. The contractor will be required to use an electronic recording and management system called Konect. Price adjustment will apply based on ABS figures.
