Somerset Regional Council is seeking a head contractor for the demolition of the existing amenities building and construction of a new amenities building at Toogoolawah Swimming Pool. A mandatory site inspection and tender briefing is required. Tenders close on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 at 12pm. Practical completion is expected by December 2026.

Tenderers must be appropriately experienced head contractors, incorporating a team of all necessary sub-consultants and subcontractors. They must also hold all necessary competencies, licenses, accreditations, certifications, permits, clearances, and other authorisations.
A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, 7 July 2026, from 10 am to 12 pm at Toogoolawah Swimming Pool, Factory Road, Toogoolawah. Tenderers must register their attendance 7 days prior to the tender closing time.
Complaints must be made in writing to the Principal's Complaints Manager immediately upon the cause of the complaint arising or upon the quote submitter becoming aware of the cause.
Failure to comply with the conditions of tender, including non-attendance of a compulsory site inspection, may result in the tender being rejected.
