Compliance Verification Tenders

The university's five-year review is due by the end of November 2026. All works must be performed to a standard that maintains compliance and achieves the agreed deliverables.

CQU's standard payment terms are net30 invoices for the total amount, invoiced upon acceptance of the goods and/or services by CQU.

Selection criteria and weighting: not applicable, price only tender.

Tenderers must demonstrate relevant experience undertaking asbestos inspections, surveys and risk assessments, appropriate licences, certifications and insurances, and competency of personnel.

Responses found to contain viruses or harmful code will be excluded from consideration. Any responses received corrupt will be excluded from consideration.

Submissions must be uploaded before the closing time on Friday 30 October 2026. The platform automatically closes at the nominated closing time and will not accept submissions that are only partially uploaded.

Supplier query cutoff is Monday 26 October 2026, as stated: supplier query cutoff monday 26 october 2026.

Late or incomplete submissions are not accepted. Council does not accept tender submissions, in whole or in part, by email or any other method outside the vendorpanel unimarket platform.

Suppliers must provide ISO **** accreditation and ISO **** compliance evidence. As stated: suppliers must provide with their quotation an accreditation certificate or evidence satisfactory to the client that the supplier complies with and meets the requirements of iso ****.
