Vehicles must meet detailed specifications including 4x4, turbo diesel, towing capacity, and various extras. Tender closes 4 December 2026. Payment within 30 business days of invoice. 12-month defects liability period. Insurance requirements include public liability of at least $10 million.

Payment is due within 30 business days of invoice issue. the principal must pay all invoices issued in accordance with this clause within 20 business days of issue but schedule 1 states 30 business days.
Full warranty details must be provided with the quote. There is a 12-month defects liability period. defects liability period means the period of 12 months beginning on the completion date
Contractor must have necessary skills, experience, expertise, licences, training, qualifications, approvals and resources. the contractor warrants, and agrees to ensure, that its personnel engaged to perform the services have the necessary skills, experience, expertise, licences, training, qualifications, approvals and resources
Breach of contract continuing for 5 business days may lead to suspension or termination. if a party breaches a provision of the contract and that breach continues for a period of 5 business days, the other party may provide a written notice
