Consultancy Services Tenders

Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend one of the scheduled site inspections: 1. tuesday, 18 august 2026 at 10:00 am wst rsvp by 4:00 pm wst, monday, 17 august 2026 or 2. wednesday, 2 september 2026 at 1:00 pm wst rsvp by 4:00 pm wst, tuesday, 1 september 2026.

Attendance at key meetings and site inspections in Emerald, Queensland, will be required during the engagement.

A tender will not be considered if the tenderer or anybody on its behalf offers or gives anything to: any councillor of the principal, or any officer or agent of the principal, as an inducement or reward that could or could be perceived to influence the actions of the person in relation to the tender.

Progress payments are made based on milestones achieved, with council issuing a certificate within 14 days and paying within a further 14 days. within 14 days after receipt of the progress claim council is to issue a progress claimcertificate confirming the extent of work undertaken and the amount of payment due.
