Destination NSW seeks a contractor for the role of Ticketing Manager for Vivid Sydney 2027, 2028 & 2029. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end ticketing strategy, managing ticketing providers, developing pricing strategies, supporting paid marketing, and overseeing box office operations. The contract period is phased (2027, with options for 2028 and 2029). Responses must be lodged via the Buy NSW website by 23 September 2026 at 3:00 pm. Evaluation includes pass/fail criteria and non-price criteria focusing on experience and capability.
A payment schedule will be based upon a schedule for delivery of the services with payments made against milestones achieved. payments may not be on a monthly basis but rather on completion of outcomes and tasks.
Responses will be assessed against evaluation criteria including demonstrated experience managing endtoend ticketing 25 operations, including pricing, inventory, ticketing systems, financial reconciliation and compliance.

DNNSW may invite respondents to an interview process, ask them to make personal presentations, or conduct site inspections regarding its response. the respondent shall undertake this at its own cost.
