The tender will be awarded on the basis of best quality and value for money. the principal will award the tender on the basis of the best quality and value for money for the community.

Tenderers must be suitably qualified and experienced consultants. seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the inspection, asset condition assessment and revaluation of transport infrastructure

Discrepancies must be notified at least 5 business days before closing. must notify the contact person in writing and seek clarification as soon as possible and in no case less than five 5 business days before the closing time for tenders.

Late tenders will not be considered. the principal will not consider late tenders. a tender lodged after the closing time for tenders or not in the electronic tender box will be returned to the tenderer.

The final valuation must be completed no later than March 2027. Draft valuation and report are due within 10 weeks of contract award, with final report due within 2 weeks of receiving council's consolidated feedback. The final valuation must be completed no later than march 2027.

Milestone payments are proposed: 20% on submission of initial data review findings, 50% on submission of draft valuation report, 25% on council acceptance of final valuation, and 5% on completion of external audit support. The proposed payment milestones for the works are as follows

Consultants must demonstrate relevant experience in infrastructure asset valuation, including landfill or waste management assets, knowledge of AASB 13 and AASB 116, and appropriate professional qualifications and accreditation. ensure personnel undertaking and signing off the valuation hold appropriate professional qualifications, experience and relevant professional accreditationmembership
