The supplier warrants that its quote is accurate and not misleading, and this warranty is ongoing until the contract is terminated or CHRC notifies the supplier. The supplier warrants that it will immediately notify chrc if it becomes aware that any warranty made in this section was inaccurate, incomplete, outofdate or misleading in any way when made, or becomes inaccurate, incomplete, outofdate or misleading in any way, during the relevant period.
The contractor must be suitably qualified and experienced to carry out full service maintenance work on the unsealed roads network.
CHRC may request suppliers to conduct site visits. request some or all suppliers to conduct site visits, provide references and additional information, andor make themselves available for panel interviews

Suppliers may be disqualified if they breach any warranty, engage in anti-competitive conduct, or have conflicts of interest. CHRC may, in its absolute discretion but is not required to, immediately disqualify a supplier that it believes has breached any warranty in this clause.
