Not for profit organisations are to completed information requested in the mandatory criteria schedule 1 to 6. Commercial organisations are to complete and provide information requested in the mandatory and commercial criteria schedule 1 to 10.

The site inspection is optional, scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2:30pm - 4:00pm.

A submission may be deemed nonconforming and may be excluded from further consideration where it: is lodged after the procurement close date and time is lodged by a method other than the eprocurement platform, unless otherwise stated fails to satisfy the mandatory criteria is submitted by a respondent that failed to attend a mandatory respondent briefing or site inspection contains false, misleading or materially incomplete information has been prepared in collusion with another respondent or party.
