Suppliers must meet mandatory requirements such as a satisfactory financial assessment if requested, b compliance with specification and contract conditions or acceptability of noncompliances, c abn registration, d completion of statutory compliances, e compliance with insurance requirements, f willingness to register on rapid global and submission of comp2g compliance with supplier code of conduct, h ability to deliver minimum 8 murals.

Failure to comply with requirements in part a. 1 or part b will entitle the organisation to disqualify a supplier from the invitation process. any failure to comply with the requirements set out in this part a. 1 or part b will, in the absolute discretion of the organisation, entitle the organisation to disqualify a supplier from the invitation process.
