The City of Boroondara is seeking creative services to support the Camberwell Mural Festival, which involves creating 8 to 12 high-quality murals with live painting. Suppliers must have experience with mural artists and public art projects. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 5:00 pm, Friday, 28/08/2026. Evaluation considers professional competence, price, risk, and overall value for money. Suppliers must meet mandatory criteria, including the ability to deliver a minimum of 8 murals.
Proposals will be assessed based on criteria including professional competence, price, risk, and the overall value for money proposition. evaluation criteria including but not limited to, professional competence, capacity and experience, price, risk, including financial viability, insurances and compliance to contract, d mandatory requirements, e sustainable procurement practices and f the overall value for money proposition presented in the proposal.
Suppliers must meet mandatory requirements such as a satisfactory financial assessment if requested, b compliance with specification and contract conditions or acceptability of noncompliances, c abn registration, d completion of statutory compliances, e compliance with insurance requirements, f willingness to register on rapid global and submission of comp2g compliance with supplier code of conduct, h ability to deliver minimum 8 murals.
