Landfill Transport Tenders

Tenders must be lodged by the closing time of 2:00 PM on Thursday 12 November 2026. The contract is expected to commence on 17 May 2027 and complete on 16 May 2030.

The council will award the tender by applying the best value principals. Evaluation criteria include financial benefit (40%), capability/capacity (40%), collaborative approach (10%), and economic and social sustainability (10%).

Mandatory criteria include compliance with Modern Slavery Act 2018, Fair Work Act ****, insurance certificates, OHS system, quality management system, environmental management system, permits/certificates/licenses, and financial viability.

Any complaint about the RFT or tendering process must be submitted to the superintendent in writing immediately upon the cause of the complaint arising or becoming known to the tenderer.

Tenderers may be disqualified for unauthorised communications, improper assistance, collusion, anticompetitive conduct, conflicts of interest, or failure to comply with lodgement requirements. Late tenders will not be accepted.
