Tenders will be scored and ranked in accordance with a weighted attribute assessment methodology using the attributes and weightings in the table above.

Tenders are assessed against conditions for participation in part a of attachment 2.

A tenderer must not inspect a site or sites relevant to the carrying out of the works except in accordance with a site inspection arranged by the tenderer with the contact officer.

A tender may be excluded if there is evidence that the tenderer lodging that tender has breached a provision of this rft, and that breach, in the opinion of the principal, has materially and adversely affected the integrity of the rft process.
