The contract involves construction of slope treatments and culverts in two geographically distinct separable portions. Attendance at both the pre-tender meeting (via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, 22 April 2026, at 10:00 am) and the site inspection (at Waterfall Way on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at 10:00 am) is mandatory for a conforming tender. Tenders must be submitted through Buy NSW Tenders and tenderers must be registered on the Buy NSW Supplier Hub. The tender validity period is 60 days. Tenders will be assessed on a best value for money basis, considering price and non-price criteria including program, methodology, technical skill, organisational capacity, past performance, and WHS performance. The closing date for tenders is 07 May 2026, at 3:00 pm. Please refer to the attached RFT document suite for detailed scope and estimated timeframe for delivery.
Tenders will be assessed on the basis of best value for money, considering the tender price and the integrity of its structure, individual rates and prices, current financial position and commitments, quality system documentation and experience, suitability of proposed personnel, plant, equipment and subcontractors, proposals for management of safety, chain of responsibility, workplace relations, environmental protection and community relations, claims history, record of compliance with the NSW Code and Guidelines, records of performance from other NSW government agencies, and other criteria listed in Annexure CT3.
To be eligible to tender, you must have an accredited WHS management system if applicable, attend the pre-tender meeting and site inspection if held, be an acceptable legal entity with appropriate financial capacity, submit evidence of training and qualifications for working at heights, submit a schedule of industrial relations information, confirm compliance with obligations for the Aboriginal Procurement Policy, have Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation, and comply with obligations for a Workplace Relations Management Plan (WRMP).
Contractors' performance will be monitored, and substantiated reports of unsatisfactory performance may result in future opportunities for NSW Government work being curtailed.
A site inspection will be held at Waterfall Way on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at 10:00 am. Attendance at the site inspection is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
