The bid notice states that successful tenderers must, within 14 days of written request, return an executed contract agreement to be completed by council in the form contained in document labelled **** 659 part 1 conditions of tender.

The buyer is requesting an onsite inspection to fully understand the nature and extent of works in order to provide an accurate lump sum quotation.

The supplier query cutoff is Thursday 15 January 2026 10:00 pm E. South America Standard Time.

Respondents must have fully received all supporting information by the closing date and closing time.

The respondent will be assessed against the evaluation criteria listed at annexure a.

Quotations must be submitted by a legal entity with the capacity to contract. Destination NSW will not enter a contract with a company that does not have an Australian business number or an Australian company number.

Respondents are advised to attend planning and preparatory meetings with Destination NSW, stakeholder and traffic transport meetings and site visits, including debrief.
