The council will consider criteria including completion of the form of quote and price, compliance, proposed methodology, warranties, local economic benefit, demonstrated experience, certifications, and WHS compliance. In assessing quotes, the council will have regard to, but not necessarily be limited to, the following criteria not listed in any order of priority:

The procurement includes warranty and lifecycle support services for the CTG monitoring systems. The procurement comprises a bundled product and service solution including the supply, installation, commissioning, integration, training, warranty, maintenance, and lifecycle support of an initial tranche of 40 ctg monitoring systems.

Quotations are to be received by council no later than 2. 00pm, monday 31 august 2026.

The payment schedule shall be in accordance with the program set out as follows: payment terms are 30 days after superintendent of works has approved works for payment.

The aim is to have a lower price and a higher stage one score, meaning the lowest result is the best value for money.

Contractors are required to submit such information as is necessary to enable the council to assess their ability to carry out the services.

If the contractor fails to reach practical completion by the date for practical completion, the contractor will be immediately indebted to the principal for liquidated damages at the rate stated in the covering page for every day after the date for practical completion to and including the date of practical completion or the date that the contract is terminated, whichever first occurs.
