The tender is for the provision of an advanced high voltage training course at the Owen Springs power station in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. The course will equip personnel with practical skills and theoretical knowledge for safely performing high voltage switching operations. The training will be delivered face-to-face on-site at the Owen Springs power station, with a limited number of operators per session. The course is expected to be delivered in the later part of 2025 and into early 2026. Tenderers must comply with Northern Territory government conditions of tendering and contract, including industry accreditation requirements (if applicable), and relevant work health and safety regulations. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing all training materials, including policies, procedures, diagrams, and background IP. The principal (Territory Generation) retains the background IP and grants a license for reproduction, modification, and use for the sole purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. The principal reserves the right to revoke this license at any time. The tenderer must ensure their personnel comply with all site safety requirements, including dress code, personal protective equipment, and emergency procedures. The principal requires at least 6 weeks notice to schedule the operations staff on courses. Upon completion of the course, the principal will receive certificates for each attendee, including the main topics, date, and trainer's name. The principal will also receive the attendance sheet and feedback form for each day's training.
