The bid notice states that warranties are ongoing and that the supplier warrants that neither it, nor its personnel have engaged in, or will engage in, any collusive, anti-competitive or similar conduct in connection with the invitation process, or any actual or potential contract with any entity for goods and services similar to the goods and services. The supplier also warrants that neither it nor its personnel have or are likely to have a conflict of interest in connection with this invitation process, except as disclosed in the supplier's offer.
The customer is not evaluating offers on the sole criterion of price. The criteria against which the suppliers offer will be evaluated includes mandatory and desirable criteria.
The supplier will meet the following mandatory requirements: hold and maintain insurances as required in section 1, item 9 of part b contract details; adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct; the suppliers nominated key personnel must undertake a criminal history check prior to any services being delivered under this contract; the suppliers nominated key personnel must hold a current blue card to deliver any services to students, in accordance with the requirements of the working with children risk management and screening act **** qld; the department of education code of conduct standards of practice will apply to the suppliers staff who deliver services under this contract; where an online system allows eligible customers to pay by corporate credit card, the supplier must comply with the payment card industry data security standards pci dss.
