The design must be completed by 16 October 2026, as stated: The inspection must be completed by 16 October 2026 and attended by a council representative.
Payment terms are no later than 30 days from the end of the month after councils acceptance of the goods or the satisfactory provision of the services and receipt of a correctly rendered invoice.
Evaluation criteria: capability and experience 30, ability to meet the timeframes 20, cost and value for money 40, development of competitive local business and industry 10.
Mandatory qualifications: illumination engineering lighting design or lighting designer or similar trade and must demonstrate technical knowledge: understanding electrical basics, light physics, colour temperatures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Mandatory site inspection: mandatory site inspection/visit at emerald saleyards, batts street, emerald, on tuesday 15 september 2026 or monday 21 september at 10am.
Quotes must be received via vendor panel by the closing date and time and must comply with insurance requirements specified in section 1, part 4 and conditions of contract specified in section 1, part 3.
