Tenderers may be disqualified if they engage in collusion, fail to disclose prior anti-competitive conduct, or canvas for support. any tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an employee, contractor, council member or agent of jcu will be disqualified

The contract commencement date is 1 January 2027.

Offers will be evaluated based on mandatory criteria and scored evaluation criteria including ability to meet scope of work, experience, track record, capability fit, technical capability, innovation, resourcing capability, purposeful public procurement, transition implementation, and pricing.
