Weight Maintenance Tenders

The closing date and time for tender submissions is Tuesday, 21 April 2026, at 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

The fee structure is a schedule of rates, and payment will be made against correctly rendered invoices that comply with council requirements and Australian Taxation Office definitions for tax invoices.

Tenderers must demonstrate operation of a Work Health and Safety Management System, a Quality Management System, an Environmental Management System, and hold relevant professional memberships or accreditations such as the Austroads Safety Hardware Training and Accreditation Scheme (ASHTAS).
