The review report will be delivered by 30th June 2026, incorporating a review of the achievements and impact of virus investments and key recommendations for future research priorities and directions.

The evaluation criteria will assess the value for money of all tenders, including technical expertise, understanding of integrated management, experience in research outputs, experience in strategy development, neutrality, methodology, and pricing.

The tenderer must be a single legal entity or recognised firm of partners.
