The council will consider insurance, WHS compliance, local supplier status, customer service experience and capacity, expression of interest prices, level of risk, environmental management systems, and degree of compliance with requirements.

Registrants must be licensed or registered to perform the services and must be registered and deemed compliant in the Rapid Global contractor management system for WHS for the City of West Torrens.
