The accepted quoted monthly, quarterly, and annual prices will be paid upon submission of tax invoices from the contractor after each service. Separate invoices are to be submitted for monthly, quarterly, and annual servicing.
Tenders shall be evaluated using the following criteria and weighting: Level of Service Capability (40%), Local Supplier (10%), and Financial Benefit (50%).
All applicants must be certified by the Australian Refrigeration Council Ltd and hold the relevant licences. Copies of the certificate and licences are to be lodged with the tender form.
Penalties will apply for failure to complete servicing within the allocated timeframes, failure to undertake servicing within seven days of written advice, and failure to upload service data results into Swimlocal before leaving the service location.

The contract may be cancelled if the contractor breaches any clause of the contract, supplies goods or services not to specification, is unable or unwilling to deliver goods or services within the requested timeframe, or breaches any workplace health and safety criteria.
