The evaluation of tenders is expected to be completed in May 2026, with contract award anticipated in June 2026. Works are expected to commence in July 2026 for separable portion 1 and September 2026 for separable portion 2.

Highest rated tenders will then be assessed against additional pass/fail criteria for OHS and environmental management systems.
Tenderers are required to be registered and have uploaded required documentation relevant to the nominated risk level within Rapid Global amalgamated councils of Victoria prior to submitting their tender. This includes OHS management systems, record of current licenses, training certificates, insurances, company structure details, quality management systems, environmental management systems, and management systems certificates if applicable.
