Tender for the supply and installation of a new sewer pumping station, including the removal of the old one. A mandatory on-site meeting is scheduled for 28th May 2026 at 11 am. Tenders close on 12th June 2026 at 5 pm. Contractors must be registered with Supplier Hub, NSW Vendor Panel. Evaluation criteria include price, delivery time, quality, experience, and capability. The contract duration is 6 calendar weeks from the date of award, with a 12-week post-completion period and a 2. 5% retention amount.
The time for completion is 6 calendar weeks after the date of award of contract.
The contractor may submit payment claims monthly. Payment by the principal is to be made within 15 business days after the date the contractors payment claim was submitted.
The principal may take into consideration factors including, but not limited to price, delivery time, quality offered, previous performance, experience, capability, safety performance, environmental performance, conformity, and the assessed value of qualifications and departures.
Contractors are required to be registered with Supplier Hub, NSW Vendor Panel. Tenderers must be registered for GST.
A mandatory on-site meeting will be conducted onsite at 11am Thursday 28th May 2026. At this meeting the pump wet-well will be emptied which will allow tenderers to inspect the existing pump station and ask any questions.
If a party is dissatisfied with an act or omission of the other party in connection with the contract then, within 20 business days after the act or omission, the dissatisfied party is to notify the other party in writing of a dispute.
Tenders which do not comply with any requirement of the RFT documents, or which contain conditions or qualifications, may be passed over.
