The tender is for a literacy intervention program for primary, secondary, and senior secondary students. The closing date for lodging a tender is 2pm Hobart time on 25 March 2026. An industry briefing session will be held on Friday 13 March 2026 at 2pm Hobart time. The successful tenderer must complete stage 1 by 15 May 2026, stage 2 part 1 by 12 June 2026, and stage 2 part 2 by 30 December 2027. The contract sum is payable in installments. A site inspection is not allowed. Unsuccessful tenderers are encouraged to request a debriefing. Tenderers must provide an economic and social benefits statement.
The services must be supplied as follows: The supplier must complete stage 1 as described in the specification by 15 may 2026, or any later date, approved, in writing, by the principal. The supplier must complete the delivery of the stage 2 part 1 as described in the specification by 12 june 2026, or any later date, approved, in writing, by the principal. The supplier must complete the delivery of the stage 2 part 2 as described in the specification by 30 december 2027, or any later date, approved, in writing, by the principal.
The contract sum is payable by instalments as follows: instalment 1: upon signing of the contract an instalment equal to 25 of the contract sum. instalment 2: upon completion of stage 1 as defined in the specification to the satisfaction of the principal, an instalment equal to 50 of the contract sum. instalment 3: upon completion of stage 2 part 1 as defined in the specification to the satisfaction of the principal, an instalment equal to 15 of the contract sum. instalment 4: upon completion of stage 2 part 2 as defined in the specification to the satisfaction of the principal, an instalment equal to 10 of the contract sum.

A potential supplier must not inspect a site or sites relevant to the delivery of the supplies except in accordance with a site inspection site inspection arranged by the potential supplier with the contact officer.
