The supplier may be removed from performing obligations if the principal reasonably believes the supplier is in breach of conduct or warranty clauses, or if the person is otherwise responsible for a breach of contract. The principal may at any time direct the supplier to remove any of the suppliers personnel from the performance of the whole or any part of the suppliers obligations under the contract if the principal reasonably believes that the supplier is in breach of clause 10. 1 or a warranty and representation given in clause 8. 1a or clause 8. 1b in respect of that person, or that the person is otherwise responsible for a breach of the contract by the supplier.
