The tender is valid for 90 calendar days from the closing date or 45 days from the council's resolution, whichever is later. No costs are payable by the principal for tender preparation or submission. The tendered price includes all applicable GST. The tender must be submitted via aconex online document management system. The contractor must prepare a work breakdown structure, which identifies packages of individual elements of the works, and the disciplines associated with each individual element. The work breakdown structure must be commensurate with the complexity of the works and be integrated with the construction program. The work breakdown structure is to be submitted to the project manager within 10 working days of the contract award. If the work breakdown structure is revised, the revised work breakdown structure must be submitted with a revised program. The construction program shall include the mobilisation period, site set up, defect rectification, and commissioning of services. The contractor shall attend meetings as reasonably requested by the principal. Progress claims are to be submitted by the 3rd day of the month for works completed in the month prior. Invoices must be submitted on time as per the contract. The contractor must hold the required professional indemnity insurance for six (6) years after the completion of works. The contractor shall pay all stamp duties, fees, and levies in connection with the contract. The contractor shall take adequate measures to control noise on the site. The contractor shall comply with all statutory requirements relating to control of noise levels on the site and take all necessary precautions to minimise nuisance from noise and vibration. The contractor shall arrange the operations and shall provide silencing equipment to the plant, at its own expense, to whatever extent it necessary to satisfy the requirements of the manager environmental health in relation to the sound level arising from the contractors operations near the boundaries of existing occupied properties.
