Charging Tenders

This is a Request for Tender (RFT) for maintenance services for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at the Australian Parliament House. The contract term is three years with two one-year extension options. Key dates include the ATM closing date of 27 May 2026, a site inspection on 15 May 2026, and a question closing date of 22 May 2026. Potential suppliers must comply with all requirements in the Commonwealth Approach to Market (ATM) terms and agree to enter into a contract incorporating the Commonwealth Contract Terms. The services include scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and ad-hoc reactive services. The supplier will need to provide a schedule of labour rates, after-hours response rates, and a priority classification schedule for reactive maintenance. Personnel must be able to obtain a Parliament House security pass and undergo DPS security awareness training. A Work Health and Safety (WHS) plan will be required. Responses must be lodged electronically via Austender. Additional contract terms include intellectual property rights and payment terms (within 20 calendar days of invoice receipt). Potential suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional industry briefing. The Parliament House Site Book, outlining access, permits, procedures, and emergency evacuation, will form part of the contract.
