Monthly payments upon satisfactory completion. the principal will make monthly payments to the contractor upon satisfactory completion of the requirements for payment under the contract and pay correctly rendered invoices within 30 days of receipt.

Late tenders will be excluded. any tender received after the closing time will be deemed to be a late tender and will be excluded except where it was received late solely due to mishandling by the council.

Emergency work must be attended and rendered safe within 2 hours of notification. Urgent work within 2 working days, routine within 10 working days. emergency attended to and rendered safe within two 2 hours of notification

Invoices must be lodged within 14 working days of work completion. Payment certified after satisfactory completion. invoice claims shall be lodged for payment within fourteen working days of the work being completed

Defects liability period is 13 weeks. defects liability periodclause 43 conditions of contract13 weeks

Failure to submit declarations may result in retention of unpaid monies or performance report failures. the preparation of the contractors performance report identifying failures andor the retention of any unpaid monies

Mandatory site inspection on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at 10:00 AM at Alice Springs Hospital, engineering services. attendance ismandatory

Non-shortlisted tenderers may request debriefing at conclusion of RFT process. entitled to request a debriefing in accordance with clause 25

The pressure sewer system, tank and connection to riser main at boundary is a PC item of $300,000.
