Each tenderer warrants to the council that its tender is submitted on the basis that it has fully informed and satisfied itself of all conditions and facts relevant to its tender, has independently satisfied itself with regard to all relevant information provided, accepts full responsibility for its interpretations, deductions and conclusions, and is aware of part V of the Competition and Consumer Act **** CTH in relation to the giving of false and misleading information.
Tenders will be assessed using a weighted scoring process based on information provided with the tender. The ratio of price to non-price criteria will be 45:55. Non-price criteria include experience and capability, proposed personnel and management, construction methodology, timeframe for completion, local content, and modern slavery mitigation maturity.
Tenderers must demonstrate their capacity to manage work health and safety, environmental matters, and financial standing. Quality management system certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 may be considered. Tenderers must also comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and NSW Industrial Relations Guidelines if the works relate to construction.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection is mandatory and will be held on 11 June 2026, commencing at 01:00 pm. Attendees must wear appropriate safety gear.
