The tender will be evaluated based on criteria including project understanding, workload, previous performance, program, indigenous procurement policy, commonwealth procurement rules compliance, financial aspects, alternative proposals, security, insurance, and environmental sustainability. Additional documents may be required, and the tenderer must provide details of its financial viability. The tenderer must comply with relevant commonwealth policies, including indigenous procurement policy, WHS accreditation scheme, and employee entitlements. The tenderer must complete and lodge specific tender schedules. The tenderer must provide clarification or authentication of material if requested. The commonwealth may conduct industry briefings and meetings with tenderers before and after the ATM close date and time. The commonwealth is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
