This is a schedule of rates panel contract for concrete works and kerb and gutter. The contract term is 24 months with 3 x 12-month extension periods. Tenders must be lodged electronically via Unimarket Vendorpanel by 23 June 2026 at 2:00 PM. Evaluation will be based on price, quality, experience, performance record, and regional preference. Successful tenderers must provide insurance certificates of currency and work health and safety plans. The contract includes provisions for price adjustment based on CPI after the first 12 months.
