Tender submissions should demonstrate relevant experience in agribusiness, aquaponics, aquaculture, or controlled environment agriculture, experience developing commercially oriented business plans, knowledge of regional and remote Australian operating environments, and capacity to deliver within agreed timeframes. Professional qualifications of key personnel are also required.
Failing to achieve or exceed the same service level for three consecutive review periods, or any two service levels for two consecutive review periods, shall constitute a substantial breach of the contract.
