Provision of Prepaid Card Services Solution - The Public Trustee of Queensland ( QPT) is seeking to establish a multi- year arrangement with a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of a prepaid card services solution to support customer expenditure under approved budgets. The appointed supplier will work collaboratively with QPT to deliver a secure, cost effective, and user friendly spend management solution that meets the needs of some of Queensland s most vulnerable customers. Provision of prepaid card services solution Provision of a commercial off- the- shelf ( COTS) physical card- based spend management solution, requiring minimal configuration and no upfront cost to QPT, with cards issued in individual customer names. A prepaid or debit- style funding model, whereby customer funds are deposited in advance, drawn down at the point of purchase, and reconciled on a regular monthly basis. Full functionality available via a secure web- based administration portal, with no dependency on a mobile application that enables authorised QPT staff to: view balances, transactions, and spending history per customer; monitor and manage customer budgets and spend limits; identify, flag, and review unusual or suspicious transactions; generate reports, exports, and audit logs to support oversight and compliance.
