This tender seeks proposals for a national research and development program to manage fall armyworm in the Australian grains industry. The successful project will develop, refine, and validate dynamic economic thresholds for fall armyworm across key grain crops and agroecological zones, refine and integrate integrated pest management strategies, enhance surveillance and monitoring approaches, and lead national extension efforts. Applicants must be a single legal entity or recognized firm of partners, compliant with workplace gender equality act ****, the modern slavery act 2018, and other applicable labor laws. They must not have a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements and not have paid the claim. They must not be named on the consolidated list of persons and entities subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans. A satisfactory and valid statement of tax records (STR) is required. If the total value of any proposed subcontract is expected to be equal to or above 4 million inclusive of GST, a separate satisfactory and valid STR of that proposed subcontractor must also be included.
